I’m Carla, a Motorsport Strength and Conditioning Coach. I specialise in turning your average motorcycle rider into superhumans- on the motocross track, in the air FMX, enduro riding and track racing.
I also work with people who want to get their body to a higher level of fitness for regular road riding and even long distance touring. If you ride and need help, then I’m interested.
I have been riding since I was 2011, I love anything to do with motorbikes, from the mechanical part to the riding part. I’ve even worked with motorbikes since I was 21.
When it comes to motorcycle sports we have to work with what the sport requires our bodies to do. Together we will work on creating a program that is specifically designed for you and your sport, working on your cardio fitness, strength, endurance and mobility.
Along with the training and also exceptional nutritional help you will be the healthiest person you can be and you will be performing at a much higher level.
With all of this I’ll throw in a little extra thing for you… Confidence. Through the training, the changes you will make and the progress, you will be more confident going out there.
I am not a run of the mill coach. I’m a unique individual – you can see that just by looking at me… and I know that you are unique too. That means that everything I do is bespoke- that includes your programming, and your nutritional needs.
There is no standard training protocol. Whatever we create for you is just for you to meet your specific needs and goals.
My qualifications are bang up to date, I’m always learning more and always with a science based knowledge so you can be at ease knowing all the information I give you is from the best and most reliable sources.
I’m a lot of fun but I’m also serious about my job-and my own training. If you work with me I will push you and at times, you may hate me, but we will get results and we will also have a lot of laughs along away.
